Abstract: Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as significant instruments for infrastructure development and service delivery. This research paper investigates the social and environmental consequences of PPP projects and evaluates their alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through a series of case studies and a sustainability assessment framework, the paper aims to shed light on the multifaceted impact of PPPs and their potential contributions to achieve the SDGs. The research concludes with policy recommendations for enhancing the social and environmental performance of PPP projects.
