Understanding what drives people from India in choosing online booking systems

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to discover which characteristics make the respondents use India’s online reservation system. In order to provide a theoretical understanding of tourist purchase behaviour the researcher reviewed a few research articles which show the factors that influence online booking behaviour and intentions. The author identified six factors influencing Indians’ acceptance of online bookings using survey data from 400 passengers. Certain things undermine confidence. Difficulties in Learning Apps for Kids from Different Backgrounds. Prior experience, language, usability, exposure, design, and cost are factors that contribute to these challenges. Passengers refrained from making online reservations because they might get caught. With the help of this study, online travel service providers will be able to understand tourist behaviour in online travel purchases. This will help them capture a greater share of consumers for online trip booking.
