Golden thinking of leaders and its impact on job satisfaction of private sector employees

Abstract: The research aimed to identify the extent to which leaders interact with their surroundings and spread their golden thinking, which prevails in harmony, harmony, and inclusion for the various levels of the subject, away from conflicts and disputes, which helps them in making decisions, and to reveal the impact of the leader’s golden thinking on the job satisfaction of workers in the private sector. The research used the descriptive approach and was a tool Research into the Golden Leader’s Thinking Questionnaire on the dimensions of job satisfaction, which was applied to a research sample in the Iraqi private sector, and the research reached the following results: - There is a moderate level of the Golden Leader’s thinking on job satisfaction for workers in the Iraqi private sector. - There is a correlation between the leader’s golden thinking and the dimensions of job satisfaction for workers in the Iraqi private sector.
