Digital transformation strategies and their impact on human resource development

Abstract: Organizations focus on the process of human resource development to achieve their various objectives by adopting a range of vital approaches, most notably digital transformation strategies. The question highlights the current research problem: "Can digital transformation strategies enhance human resource development in the surveyed organization?. Accordingly, this study aims to diagnose the correlation and impact relationships between digital transformation strategies and human resource development through a field test of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the Directorate of Education in Salah Al-Din Governorate. The researcher developed a hypothetical model based on relevant theoretical literature and used a questionnaire to collect data from 155 individuals in the surveyed directorate. Various statistical methods and the statistical program (SPSS.v.29) were used to test the validity of the hypotheses. The study concluded with several findings, including the potential to adopt digital transformation strategies for human resource development in the surveyed directorate.
