This study investigates current HRD practices within the industry, emphasizing their impact on employee performance. By examining the relationship between HRD practices and key outcomes such as engagement, motivation, and retention, the research aims to develop a robust framework for optimizing human resource potential. Additionally, the study explores the role of digital innovation in enhancing HRD practices and promoting sustainable growth. The findings contribute valuable insights to both academia and practitioners, informing policy decisions and fostering excellence in Kerala’s tourism workforce.
