Author(s): Dr. Yasmeen Sultana

Abstract: Business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are closely related ideas that have a significant influence on how companies behave and affect the environment and society. This essay examines how business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are defined, applied, and integrated into modern business processes. It explores the ways in which businesses can preserve profitability while integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their basic operations and ethical standards. The importance of CSR and business ethics in promoting sustainable business practices and improving corporate reputation is highlighted in this article, which draws on theoretical frameworks and real-world examples. It also covers the potential and difficulties of putting CSR and ethical standards into practice, highlighting the necessity for businesses to give equal weight to their social and environmental obligations as well as their financial goals. In today's corporate world, business organizations' growth and performance are greatly dependent on their commitment to business ethics and social responsibility.
