Author(s): U Riya Bennina and N Sornakumari

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic development, fostering innovation, creating jobs, and driving social change. In India, millennial women represent a largely untapped resource for entrepreneurial growth. However, socio-cultural barriers, limited access to resources, and lack of institutional support hinder their participation in entrepreneurship. This study examines the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of Indian millennial women and identifies the necessary interventions to overcome these barriers. The findings aim to provide strategies for encouraging inclusive entrepreneurship and empowering women in the business landscape.
