Determining the levels of leadership styles prevailing among the leaders of Baghdad Education, Karkh 3, and their impact on job satisfaction through the mediation of organizational justice

Abstract: The research seeks to determine the level of leadership styles prevailing among the leaders of Baghdad Karkh Education / 3, as an objective of the study, Determine the type of relationship and influence between leadership styles, organizational justice and job performance, The study problem included the presence of ambiguity in determining the level of job performance among employees, the variables and aspects affecting the level of job performance, The questionnaire tool was adopted for the current study in collecting data, The study was applied to middle management (department managers), For Baghdad Karkh Education 3, as a study community, The number of respondents was (134) out of (139), The program (SPSS & AMOS: V 24) was adopted to analyze the study data, Among the most important conclusions of the study, the dominance of the situational leadership style among managers over the rest of the leadership styles, Managers make their decisions according to environmental pressures, There is a weakness in making decisions that challenge environmental influences, The results also showed the presence of justice at a level that does not meet the needs of organization and employees, Finally, there is a good level of performance Functional, It is likely that employees have good knowledge and experience to perform the tasks assigned to them.
