Author(s): Areej Taher Noaman

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of organizational culture on employee performance and administrative innovation in Iraqi universities. The study population consisted of all administrative staff at the University of Babylon. A purposive sampling method was employed, with 127 questionnaires distributed, of which 120 valid responses were returned and analyzed. Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, the results revealed that the level of organizational culture at the university was moderate overall. The achievement-oriented culture dimension scored high, while other dimensions were rated as moderate. The findings also showed that all dimensions of organizational culture had a statistically significant impact on employee performance and administrative innovation, with varying levels of influence across dimensions.
