Abstract: Virtual reality (VR) is transforming the way people shop online by bringing the experience of being in a physical store directly to customers. This study explores how Lens Kart, a well-known eyewear brand, utilizes VR technology to enhance the process of trying on and selecting glasses. Through VR, customers can see how different glasses look on their faces without trying them on, which boosts their confidence in making purchases online. This research delves into how VR simplifies and enriches the shopping journey for customers, focusing on its impact on satisfaction, trust, and the likelihood of making a purchase. By gathering feedback from customers and observing how they interact with VR, this study aims to highlight the advantages and challenges of incorporating VR in the retail sector. The insights gained could help other businesses leverage VR to create exceptional shopping experiences and build stronger connections with customers.
