Author(s): Jyoti Tauro and Deep Murzello

Abstract: The rise in the e-commerce industry has provided numerous opportunities for women entrepreneurs, helping them prevail obstacles and establish themselves in online business. This paper provides insight into the success of women in the e-commerce market, highlighting key trends that have facilitated their success, including access to digital assets, social media campaigns, and increased visibility in online marketplaces. It also focuses on the challenge’s women encounter, such as limited investments, balancing work and personal lives, and gender biases in the market. The research identifies effective strategies for achieving success, including leveraging technology, building strong networks, and utilizing support programs from both governmental and private sectors. This study explores how women can thrive in the rapidly expanding digital world, contributing to the broader discourse on inclusivity in entrepreneurship regardless of gender, and supporting aspiring women in achieving success in the competitive e-commerce environment.
