Analysis the youngster preference towards the uses of Internet Banking: Special reference to Ludhiana District

Abstract: To gain the understanding in respect using Internet banking of Ludhiana district customers, the study was conducted on respondents taken of the age of 18-38 from urban and rural areas of Ludhiana district. The study used 200 respondents to analyse the perception towards Internet banking. The major findings reveal that urban respondents are doing more banking transactions through Internet banking. It is also found that, among the various reasons against the using of Internet banking: Internet banking transaction safety and crimes are the main issue.
