Women entrepreneurship development: Prowess and empowerment

Abstract: Women are equally important for society like men. Women did not realise this earlier due to low education, skills and knowledge. Like men women are playing essential role in the society now even in the field of entrepreneurship also. Many women are successful entrepreneurs. Some problems are faced by women entrepreneurs due to male dominating society. Skills and education mainly help them to become successful entrepreneurs. Challenges faced by women entrepreneurs can be solved and business can be expanded through digital entrepreneurship and digitalisation of work. To do this woman entrepreneur has to go with digital work. Women also accept and improve their prowess to become successful. Women entrepreneurship via digitalisation and skills help them to work long term in the business. Women entrepreneurship is the way of women empowerment it includes all types of empowerment whether economic, social status and family growth of the women. Educated women are going to choose the option of digital entrepreneurship to become economic independent, recognition in society and enjoy the life as well. Growth of economy is easy with the contribution of women entrepreneurs. In the paper mainly the aspects: digital entrepreneurship for women, skills improvement and the prowess for women empowerment has been included.
