Assessing the impact of Aanchal mobile milk ATM vans on consumer satisfaction and accessibility: A study in Almora District of Uttarakhand

Abstract: Consumer satisfaction refers to determining how pleased the consumer is with a company's products and services. Consumer satisfaction is opted as the base in the present research work, considering Consumer satisfaction an important factor of any company that can never be neglected. 100 consumers of Aanchal Mobile ATM Van were selected from the Almora district of Uttarakhand. A semi-structured questionnaire was framed to study the satisfaction level of consumers in different aspects. Various statistical tools like frequencies, percentages, Likert Scale Analysis, and T-tests were used to justify the stated objectives of the study. The findings of the study revealed that there is no difference in the average daily sales during the Pre-Aanchal Mobile Milk ATM Van system and the average daily sales during the Post-Aanchal Mobile Milk ATM Van System.
