A study on employability of B.Com graduates in India

Abstract: Education and Training play important role in creation of capital in the form of knowledge and skills, which in turn increases the creative efficiency of man power. Employability can be termed as knowledge, competencies, skill and personal traits which makes an individual more employable. Higher education institution is focusing on examination of methods that they can use to enhance student’s employability. This study aims to analyze employability of B.com graduate in India, focusing on different challenges faced by them in securing jobs, the factors influencing employability, current job market trends and how to improve employability of B.com graduate in various sectors.
The research begins by finding the core areas influencing the employability of B.Com. graduates, involving quality of education, alignment with industry needs, and curriculum relevance.
