A study of investors behavior in Indian capital market

Abstract: This paper show that how the investor behavior affected through various factor when investor want to invest in capital market. Stock market have tremendous uncertainty, volatility and unpredicted behavior, so capital market also have same characteristics. This study intends to provide an insight about what’s going on investor’s mind. In India market government and SEBI also regulate that stock and capital market but still quest for transparency, efficiency, adaptability and awareness is the major factors to invest in this market. Duration of an investment is another aspect for any investment decision. In capital market have longer duration so less riskier compared to money market which is shorter duration instrument and have high risk.
