The impact of green quality on achieving sustainable international marketing: A study in the Iraqi oil sector

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of green quality on achieving sustainable international marketing through a field study conducted within one of the formations affiliated with the Iraqi oil sector. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from a sample of 52 employees across various administrative levels and technical, engineering, and managerial specialties. Data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS V.25) to identify relationships between the study variables. The results revealed a significant correlation and impact between the dimensions of green quality (perceived quality, environmental index, cost index) and the dimensions of sustainable international marketing (economic, environmental, social). This indicates that improving green quality practices in oil sector institutions directly contributes to fulfilling the requirements of sustainable marketing at the international level. Additionally, the results showed an increasing awareness within the studied institution regarding the importance of integrating the environmental dimension into its production and marketing activities. In light of these findings, the study recommends enhancing green quality practices through investing in clean production technologies and recycling industrial waste, which supports environmental sustainability and improves the competitiveness of Iraqi oil products in international markets.
