Abstract: In an effort to streamline government operations and make public services more accessible, the Indian government has been actively deploying technological solutions during the past few years. With the ability to provide over 150 services to users through a unified mobile application, UMANG—the Unified Mobile Application for New Age Governance is a tremendous improvement. It streamlines the delivery process for the user, makes it easier to access services without having to go through many portals, and most importantly, cuts down on the amount of time it takes to access different government services. Finding out how beneficiaries in Bangalore City make use of UMANG services and how satisfied they are with such services are the main goals of this research. The study also looks at how Beneficiary satisfaction is affected by UMANG usage. The positivist perspective, which bases its findings on quantitative data analysis, is the bedrock of the current inquiry. With a 10% margin of error, we use the Cochran formula to estimate an unknown population. 50 valid responses were chosen for the study from questionnaires sent using the convenience sample technique. A pilot research and expert consultation were used to develop the data collection instrument. For the purpose of data analysis, the apps SPSS and AMOS were utilised. An improvement in the efficiency or quality of UMANG service consumption is expected to be accompanied by a greater rate of benefit realisation for beneficiaries, as shown by the value of 0.62. Taken together, the data show that recipients reap more benefits when they make use of UMANG services. Based on these results, it is clear that UMANG services need to be expanded and improved in order to help the people who would be receiving them. So, for the benefit of all the stakeholders should implement some changes to the service delivery that take this information into account.
