The role of human resource management in handling workplace conflicts and disputes

Abstract: This paper examines how Human Resource Management (HRM) handles disputes and conflict at work. It provides the ways to prevent conflicts, resolve them, and to promote the reconciliation after disputes. The results show that good HRM not only resolves immediate issues but also increases corporate culture environment and reduces them. This study provides suggestions for creating comprehensive conflict management frameworks which can help to meet organizational objectives.
